1. Warranty Coverage
INT Group warrants that every MAKNA IRDSM unit is free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided it is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with MAKNA’s official guidelines.
All complaints must be resolved by INT Group’s authorized service engineers. Use of genuine MAKNA OEM parts is mandatory.
2. Warranty Period
- Main Machine: 12 months / 2000 hours
- Core Components: 12 months / 1000 hours
- Consumables: Not covered
3. Common Inclusions
- Defects in castings, forgings, or weldments.
- Controller/PCB faults caused by internal component failure.
- Hydraulic valve block leakage from machining defects.
- Gearbox bearing or pinion failure due to material defect.
4. Exclusions
- Misuse, abuse, or operation beyond rated parameters.
- Running without proper lubrication or with contaminated oil.
- Use of non-MAKNA parts, oil, or lubricants.
- Repairs by unauthorized workshops or personnel.
5. Additional Exclusions & Safety Disclaimer
- Drilling bits, center wedges, and counter wedges are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty.
- Any physical damage to the remote controller, cables, or external body of the unit is excluded from warranty coverage.
- All excavator-related issues, including hydraulic, electrical, or wiring failures, are outside the scope of MAKNA’s responsibility.
- Any damage or loss resulting from fire, short-circuit, or overheating—whether caused by the machine, wiring, or excavator—is not covered by warranty and shall not result in compensation or liability from INT Group.
- During the sales demonstration and 7-day trial period, the customer assumes full responsibility for all operations, handling, and potential damages to the machine or its accessories.
Product After-Sales & Warranty Terms
INT Group sincerely thanks you for choosing MAKNA products. The integrated drilling & splitting machine is designed for heavy-duty drilling and cracking of large hard rocks. INT Group maintains a dual warranty support system with authorized agents, and in regions without agents, provides direct after-sales service.
Please operate the equipment according to the instruction manual and avoid use in unsuitable environments or working conditions.
Installation and Commissioning
- INT Group dispatches professional technicians for on-site installation, testing, and initial operator training.
- Installation and trial operation usually take 1–2 days; customers should prepare site utilities and excavator pipelines in advance.
- After setup, our technicians provide usage guidance and share maintenance practices.
Technical Support
- Continuous technical follow-up and periodic site visits for performance evaluation and guidance.
- During the warranty period, report issues formally for quick on-site resolution by an authorized technician.
- After warranty expiry, paid maintenance and genuine spare parts will continue to be available.
Service Commitment
- A dedicated equipment file is created for each unit and managed by our service department.
- Prompt, accurate, and courteous support for all customer queries.
- Technicians act professionally to minimize downtime and costs.
- Preventive advice provided to avoid misuse and extend equipment life.
- Failures caused by improper operation are not covered but will receive paid service and technical assistance.
Warranty Period & Scope
- Warranty begins from the official date of equipment delivery.
- Power Head, Screw Host, and Main Control Valve — 12-month warranty.
- Electrical and hydraulic components — 12-month warranty.
- Normal consumables (drill bits, rods, impact heads, splitting blocks, filters, etc.) are excluded. Customers must ensure reasonable use and timely lubrication, using genuine MAKNA parts for optimal performance.
Structural & Operational Caution
The MAKNA integrated drilling and splitting machine is built with a robust rig-type structure. Under normal use, structural deformation or weld cracking will not occur. However, it is not designed to perform as a breaker or bucket.
Using the equipment for digging, breaking, dragging, or supporting operations may cause abnormal frame stress and damage, which are not covered by warranty.
Drivers must adapt proper operating habits, avoid any impact or excessive stress, and handle the equipment with care.
